About Me

I live in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband, two teenagers, two ducks, and three cats. I worked for many years in the publishing industry as a designer and art director. I took a long break from paid work while raising my kids. In 2019 I started my design career again, designing editorial layouts and advertisements for the Fairmount 24-page full color newsletter. During 2020, with limited work, I focused on cultivating our tiny farm. We grew peaches, plums, pears, blackberries, raspberries, tomatoes, herbs, arugula, lettuces and greens. We raised ducks, collected eggs, and dug a pond for the ducks. I developed products and packaging for Tiny Farms natural deodorants, lip balms, hand sanitizers, seed packets and egg cartons. In 2022, I worked as a long term art teacher substitute for K-5 students.
